© Black Hole RecordingsBlack Hole Recordings – a label synonymous, with quality dance music, well and truly lives up to its mission statement "Captivate, Communicate and Celebrate” and true to form brings you its latest release from an artist that, for the last ten years has been associated with some of the biggest names in the industry...

A truly beautiful masterpiece written and produced Sena “Senadee” Verdi, see his previous collaborations with the likes of Ben Gold, John Askew and Matt Hardwick, as a pre-cursor to Robot Love” which see’s a full release on November the 10th, with a World premier of the video on VEVO this coming Thursday. Black Hole Recordings want to give you a taster of what’s to come and have today released Zoo Brazils remix, which is deeper take on this well crafted track.

A major new artist signing to Black Hole Recordings ever-expanding talent pool, means that they are now proud to present the first solo single from singer, producer & multi-instrumentalist Sena ‘Senadee’ Verdi.

“Robot Love” is the first release from his forthcoming album, and brings together his multi-faceted influences - to create one superbly crafted track - that demonstrates the talent, diversity and intensity, which has caught the eye of so many big names. His Original Mix sews together club-ready beats, hooky 8-bit/chip-tone riffs, Moog-ish sub-riffs and the singer’s vocals, which expertly mix raw, laid-bare emotion with redline pushing uplift.

And with two weeks to go to until its official release on Monday the 10th November, Black Hole Recordings are giving you a taste of things to come! Swedish producer Zoo Brazil remixes “Robot Love” in his own characteristic style, with a low-slung, brooding interpretation. Homing in on the emotional core of the track, Grammy and Brit nominated Andersson’s heavy bass line and distortion gives it a deeper, darker quality with an overall haunting appeal.

The remix package, also due out next month includes further interpretation from Discover Records head of A&R Lostly as well as Discovers Peter Hulsmans, giving it a full trance-formation.

Trance fans the World over will of course remember his triumphant debut on the scene, with the goliath collaboration with Ben Gold “Say the Words” which featured heavily on rotation in Radio One and also garnered support from the likes of Armin Van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk, Matt Hardwick and Aly & Fila, who also remixed the track. Fast forward one year and their triumphant follow up “Today” once again graced the decks of the Worlds elite, including Above & Beyond and Paul Oakenfold – the latter forming an alliance that would see Oakenfold ultimately release the single “Life Support Machine” on Perfecto.

The World premier of the video for “Robot Love”, produced by the World renowned Rankin Film, will be premiered exclusively on VEVO, this coming Thursday (October 30th) and the remix can be downloaded exclusively on BEATPORT now!

ABOUT SENADEE:
Sena Verdi takes his inspiration from bands such as The Smashing Pumpkins, Oasis, The Stone Roses, Radiohead and U2. As a self-taught musician, by the age of 15, he could play guitar by ear and within a couple of years, transferred this skill to become a proficient pianist.

His love of rock led him to enroll in a music college where he became the principal songwriter for Paraya. He left the band in 2004 to pursue his career in producing, singing and songwriting. Sena went on to work with artists within the fields of Hip-Hop and R&B, including MOBO award winning rapper Akala.

One of his tracks “My Fault” caught the attention of up and coming producer Ben Gold (Son of Graham Gold) who used a sample of the song to produce what was to become one of the biggest underground dance tracks of 2008, entitled “Say the Words”. The song was showcased by Armin Van Buuren and received heavy rotation on Radio One by Judge Jules and Dave Pearce. Sena has since gone on to work with numerous top-flight producers, including BT, Paul Oakenfold, Akira Kiteshi, 16 Bit Lolitas, MYNC and Chicane.
