It has been sometime since we have had a new Vinyl release from Paul van Dyk but that is about to change with a special limited edition run of his forthcoming new single ‘Orbital Decay’…
The resurgence of the Vinyl format over the past few years has been remarkable seeing as the format was on its arse and dying a slow death a few years ago. The media is well in favour as music collector’s return to the warm crackles and delicate pops of the black wax format. There have been plenty of trance releases over the past few years but if you’re a Paul van Dyk fan like me this is the news you will have been waiting to hear. Paul is releasing one of his new singles as an exclusive 12” Vinyl single, only available to 100 very lucky people.
With the amount of new music Paul has been pushing out this year I’ve heard a new artist album is on the way as well. This new single release may well be a track to feature on it and it’s all Paul van Dyk, no collaborative input on this one it’s just Paul and his musical imagination run wild. The single is called ‘Orbital Decay’ and as yet I’ve not heard it but I’m sure it may have slipped into a few of his live sets in recent weeks.
Such is the exclusive nature of this release I’m not even sure if this one will make a digital appearance and really is just limited to 100 physical copies. Its been that long since a Paul van Dyk music release you can actually touch I can’t recall what the last release was from him on Vinyl. In order to be in with a shout of grabbing one of these little beauties you must head over to Paul’s pre-registration link and submit your details. That’s all you can do for now and just keep everything crossed your one of the lucky 100 picked out to get hold of this brand new Vinyl release from Paul. The link to do so is right below.
