Best Software Synths

WHat experience have you guys had to make those fantastic leads? Lets get some discussion going...

I myself have mainly been playing with the Subtractor in Reason 2 which can produce some excellent sounds....

pah, all you with your fancy synths

do it the hardcore way with one of Fruity's 3xOsc synths ! gets the job done every time Wink

i kind of dont like the idea of most other ones cause they all seem a bit "pre-set", if you know what i mean, which is either limiting or, dare i say, not your own creation!

thats my 2 cents anyway Smile

All of these synths are capable of making some top quality leads if you know how to program them.

3osc is good for making leads, but you have to throw a ton of effects on it.
