I guess a lot of us are interested in computers along with electronic music....so it would be interesting to see what kind of equipment you all have....
This is what I got:
Main computer at home
- Chieftec Matrix Tower (Black)
- MSI K7N2G Mainboard (onboard GeForce4 gfx...which sucks)
- AMD XP2500+ processor with Igloo Silent Breeze cooler
- 512MB PC2700 DDR Ram
- 80GB Seagate HD
- 40GB IBM HD
- old 8x8x32x CD recorder
- 17" Targa CRT Monitor (old!)
- Labtech 3-way speakers
Computer that my wife uses...
- QTec Tower (Black)
- MSI KT4 Mainboard
- GeForce4MX 64MB gfx-card
- AMD 1,2GHz processor with Igloo Silent Breeze cooler
- 256MB PC2700 DDR Ram
- 40GB IBM HD
- DVD-rom
- 19" Huyndai CRT monitor
Computer upstairs
- Packard Bell miditower
- Voodoo 3 16MB gfx-card
- Pentium 3 @ 500Mhz processor
- 128MB SDRAM
- 6,4GB Western Digital HD
- DVD-rom
- 17" Tandberg CRT monitor
Computer in basement
- AOpen miditower
- Elitegroup mainboard
- 1.2GHz Celeron processor
- 512MB SDRAM
- 6,4GB Western Digital HD
- standard cd-rom
- 15" Goldstar CRT monitor (OLD)
Computer at work
- QTec miditower (black)
- MSI KT4 Ultra FISR mainboard
- AMD XP2500+ processor BOXED
- 512MB PC2700 DDR Ram (CAS2)
- 80GB Seagate HD
- DVD-rom
- 19" Dell CRT monitor
Also got an old Pentium 1 @ 150Mhz that is currently not in use....and an Amiga1200 with 68030 processor @ 50Mhz and a 1.2GB HD that is at my parents place...
All computers are connected to the internet of course...lot of cabling around the house at home (didn't bother buying WLAN). Got 704/128kbps ADSL at home and 2MBit connection at work...

My computer is currently on it's way to Japan, and I'll be following it in a few weeks here...forgot most of the specs, I'll try to get them later

Thats the system Im using at the moment, will do for me, going to supgrade the gfx card to either the new GeForce FX5900 or Radeon 9800pro.

5XX? MB DDR
Windows XP Pro
Also equipted will all of that nice software + Reason, Acid, Fruityloops and so on
Also operating as ftp server
DVD. cd burner all that shiat
I dont care about the 4 other computers weve got, only use this and the "Home" one

i just got mine re-built and its sewpa dewpa...im on me dads laptop at mo cos its the only one connected 2 broadband in me house at the momment
dunno all the spec 4 them yet cant be arsed 2 check yet.... all i know is that my re-built pc is 4 times faster than my old pc and 3 times greater storage capacity i think

3 GB isnt much these days
And 200mhz isnt much either

1.6 GHz
128 RAM (I know, I need more)
20 GB hard drive
40X recorder
I'm using my mom's computer, an eMachines
666 MHz
256 RAM
14 GB hard drive
Old 8X recorder
Good deal for getting it on Ebay for $200
Their last PC they had for 7 years
200MHz
32 RAM
2 GB hard drive
That PC cost my parents almost $2000

Never liked laptops, ok for on the move but proper *beep* for games, manily due to the compact nature of em. I;d rarther have me stack and a smooth fps any day :
