BEWARE!: Amateur Music Producers ;)

Ive noticed all over the place on many forums, that in the music production sections etc, that even though so many artists put the work and effort into making productions that the general public dont give them the time of day!.. I get good enough feedback from my own work, so im not writing this post out of self pity

Anyway, I just feel that some of the unsigned producers that ive heard have been of amazing quality and even as good and sometimes better than the big tracks!...

I feel that the producers [Amateur] will play a huge role in the future of our music, and I feel that more people should put in the effort to give just a little feedback to these people.

Music producers need confidence and guidance through their efforts at creating works of art [which they are] within the trance/whatever genre they prefer to make. So I think input from others and alternative points of view could help them/us prosper...

Anybody else ever notice the lack of response to amateur producers?

I agree that amateurs don't get enough exposure or chances but the problem is that everyone's at it nowadays and there is too many people trying to produce quality tracks and not enough people listening.

Everyone has to start somewhere and if you've got the talent i believe somewhere down the line you'll get a chance. Not everyone will make it big but as long as your audience appriciate the music that is been produced I think thats all that matters.

I can't say I've noticed it that much but I have noticed it. Mayby folk dont have the confidence that the mature producers turn out good enuff stuff to give it a chance.
