Zoltán Bán, also known as The Stain, is a fast-rising and in-demand producer and
DJ based in Budapest, Hungary. Zoltán was affected by music at an early age,
listening to a wide range from classical to electronic. As he gravitated toward the
electronic genre, Zoltán was inspired successively by drum and bass, nu school,
progressive breaks, house, and techno. At the age of 16, Zoltán began making loops
with a drum machine as a hobby. As he gradually learned production step-by-step,
creating music became a way of life for him. Turning his efforts to progressive house,
Zoltán developed a signature sound, and has now produced a series of outstanding
tracks and remixes for the likes of Jetlag Digital, Soundtribe, Deepsessions Recordings,
and Mistiquemusic. With a wealth of tracks and remixes slated for release in the
immediate future, The Stain is a name that is sure be renowned in years to come.
