With almost two decades of production under his belt, and a DJ support list as long as you're likely to encounter, Fraction Records all-star David Forbes steps into the shadows of his new 'Arkadi' alias with the absolutely incredible 'S5000'.

The Dark Mix opens the release in furious style, with biting percussive rhythms and floor thumping kick drums fusing perfectly with David's trademark cone rattling basslines to provide the perfect backbone to the contrasting delicate piano lines and droplets of vocal before the breakdown. Atmospherics are set to overdrive as the break section unfolds beautifully in a series of crowd pleasing big room chord changes, squeezing the tension to absolute breaking point before erupting into a fireball of tech fuelled energy! Essential!

The Light Mix features all the key ingredients for the more uplifting crowds, combining breakbeat patterns and playful melody lines whilst retaining the essence and drive required for the big rooms.

David Forbes, once again on the money with two fully fledged peak time weapons!

Early support from: Andy Moor, Sean Tyas, Mark Sherry, Bjorn Akesson, M.I.K.E, Paul Webster, Activa and more!
