The Finnish trio Our Stolen Theory, also known as OST, consists of lead-vocalist, writer and musician Max, rising musical engineer Pekko, and industry veteran Aku. "Warmest Day" is the band's first contribution to Silk; the track will also see a remix release later this year on Silk Royal.

The song starts off with a tranquil soundscape, consisting of floating pad lines and an additional piano line on top. Later, a truly inspiring guitar riff emerges as well as soothing flute notes in the background. The main guitar melody is added a few minutes after, and numerous new elements continue to surface while the track progresses. Around the middle of the song, an outstanding vocal line appears alongside new percussion elements; the vocal is soon polyphonic and harmonizes perfectly with the brilliant guitar layers and dreamy flute melodies.
