The Gallery rallies the troops for more late night madness on Friday 29th September, as go South American for the night to welcome the legendary Hernan Cattaneo. The Argentinean DJ is one of his country’s greatest exports - after the great Maradona of course! Since the early days with Perfecto as Paul Oakenfold’s warm up DJ of choice, Hernan has steadily developed a reputation for greatness in his own right and has established himself as one of the globes Top 10 spinners over the past 5 years. Mr Cattaneo will grace the decks for an extended 4 Hour Set, which is good news if you’re a fan!! Like his Renaissance compilations, he’ll be taking you on a journey throw all things house, throwing just about everything including the kitchen sink at it! Watch out! Germany’s minimal-tech dude Marco Bailey will be on hand to fire up the floor prior to Hernan’s workout, with The Gallery’s very own James Bond – Gavyn Mytchel, playing out the all important final set of the night to the diehard crowd. Meanwhile, Stuart Price (no, not that one!) will be warming things up nicely early doors.
The housey beats continue in T2 where Gallery veteran Steve Lee brings his much-loved backroom session – Joy. It’s certainly Joy by name and Joy by nature, cos that’s exactly what you get on the tin with Steve’s party… out and out fun. In additional to supplying the feel-good beats himself, Steve will be joined by Joy regulars Spencer Parker and Marc Houlihan. Spencer in particular has had a busy summer touring and he’ll be at it again shortly as he heads off to Oz for a huge tour down under. This week’s Gallery also features a 3rd room of musical delights – courtesy of Never Enough. Debuting at Turnmills, Never Enough will be proving a techno-dominated soundtrack featuring London scenesters – Ade Fenton, Suade, Eduardo Herrera, Stu Cox, Renato Bastos & Breno Ung and Eddie Santos.
