Oh the times they are exciting in the Bestival bunker as the intrepid Rob da Bank and his trusty team continue to conjure strange delights making special plans for another Isle of Wight adventure from September 9th–12th; Bestival 2010, The Year Of The Fantastic! With real life legends Roxy Music plus Mumford & Sons, Chic feat. Nile Rodgers, Tricky, The Temper Trap, Mylo, Erol Alkan and loads more live acts and DJs joining the Magickal line-up that already includes Dizzee Rascal, Hot Chip, The Flaming Lips, The xx, LCD Soundsystem, Fever Ray, Gil Scott Heron, Richie Hawtin presents PLASTIKMAN Live, Chase & Status, Simian Mobile Disco, Delphic, Ellie Goulding, Annie Mac presents, Four Tet.…and Rolf Harris! Add to that the return of the Afterburner stage, The Castle In The Sky Bonfire Extravaganza, the brand new Wishing Tree field plus Tomorrow’s World and you’ve got yourself an earthy paradise beyond compare.
