MIDI..creating a nice sweep effect

This I have created with MIDI. Try it yourself......Get a nice funky organ groove, the first thing that spings to mind is sumthin like "La woman" by The Doors, (but your own would be better ). Then run the track through a parametric EQ which has MIDI, sequence a notch at +db to move up and down between lower and higher ends of the [u][u][u][u][u][u][u][u][u]mid range frequencies[/u][/u][/u][/u][/u][/u][/u][/u[/u]](no need for it to be apllied to bass and treble), try getting the frequency to reach the high end on every beat, so it sounds like a wah, but much better quality.
You must set the "q" value to the narrowest size though.
When I used this method I also added a little distortion to the organ before the EQ.
