Jackie Chan, no contest.

Jet Li...for several reasons:
1: Jackie Chan had (relatively) little training as an actual martial artist. He was actually raised doing a lot of stuntwork, but a lot of his actual martial arts were neglected
2: Jet Li's humor is much more subtle, and fun to watch. I like his attitude better as well, he carries himself with more dignity.
3: Jet Li is more versatile, having played both the hero, and the antagonist. You can see his acting styles change a lot between films, which makes him a little more talented, in my eyes
4: Jet Li is not above using Computer Graphics, and/or strings to "enhance" a scene. He's trying to use the camera more than just rely on himself, which tends to make for an overall better picture.
In closing, they are BOTH just using "show" martial arts, most of the stuff they do probably wouldn't float in a real fight. But I have come to the conclusion that if it came down to it, Jet Li would probably lay Jackies ass out in 2 minutes flat.

Jackie Chan for sure. Especially some of his earlier stuff. I know it's just "show" martial arts. But damn! What a show.
