I’m sure no matter what your taste in dance music is you have to have a little soft spot for the commercial creations of Sash over the years. For many they may well have been a gateway into the deep dark underworld of electronic dance music. If you’re around the 40 range like me then most definitely his early hits would have been in the playlist, until you knew better that is. There is something very catchy about his early commercial bombs like ‘Ecuador’, ‘Stay’ and of course ‘Encore Une Fois’.
He is part of dance history and has been well and truly at it since the mid nineties. You can collect together part of that musical history with his forthcoming twin CD full of extended editions of his originals and the very best remixes. It’s one for the collection for a reminder of your dirty musical secret in the commercial world.
