All good things must come to an end and surprisingly for Giuseppe Ottaviani fans that is now very true of his weekly ‘Go On Air’ radio show as he announced tonight episode would be its last…
For the regular listeners of Giusepee Ottaviani’s weekly radio show ‘Go On Air’ tonight episode was one to really savour as the Italian trance master announced it would be the last. It’s been 250 episodes gone and not bad milestone to call time on his weekly dose of his favourite trance records. He did sneak a small hint something was coming before the show but nobody expected the announcement during it.
The end of his weekly radio show but certainly not the end of his Go On Air brand by any means. Over the next few weeks he will be announcing something new, something bigger and definitely something different. With a scene quite well populated with radio shows and a tour schedule as busy as Giuseppe’s it does make sense to free up some time. What’s coming next? It could well be a new artist album? It might even be a new radio show with a revamped format? Whatever is coming next you can be sure its going to feature some very good music.
You can catch the majority of his old radio shows from episode 24 upwards on his Soundcloud page. Tonight’s final episode will no doubt be posted on there over the next few days so be sure to check it out.
